Pi Kappa Alpha is known for excelling in recruitment, having the largest average active chapter size in the country. At McNeese, PIKE boasts an excellent recruitment program, having year-round events and activities for any interested potential to attend.

PIKE recruits off of its four main characteristics-- Scholars, Leaders, Athletes, and Gentlemen. We are all in college to receive an education, so we want men who keep school an active priority in their lives. We want men who want to be involved on campus and make the most out of their college experience. We want guys who are not only competitive in sports, but in the classroom, Homecoming week, and Greek Week. And finally, we want men who are respected among ladies and fellow men as well as having respect for themselves.
